In anticipation, our Miami Beach clients and neighbors have been asking us, “What is the status update for the Eighty Seven Park luxury condo building?” So, here is the latest information. At the time of this update, we also just so happened to be in the area getting some excellent drone footage that captures the progress very well. This stunning building is nearly complete, and each phase is progressing well. The plan to deliver at the end of this year is right on track.
The community loves the story of this luxury condominium and are proud to have the renowned architect, Renzo Piano, designing in our neighborhood. This building is located next to the 36-acre North Beach Oceanside Park – this was not by accident.
